Day Of Coordinating   $1,000
We care about making your event the best possible experience for everyone involved. We take care of all the small, tedious details so that our clients can focus on enjoying their big day. This package is for the couple who has a clear idea of what they want their big day to look like and wants full reins but doesn't want any stress on the day of. That’s why we make the effort to understand your exact needs, so the event you imagine is the event you’ll get.

Custom wedding day timeline
Management of timeline day of wedding
Custom wedding day checklist
Set up and break down of chairs and tables under 150 guests
Set up of décor that you acquire up to your wedding day
1 hour rehearsal coordinating
Ceremony coordination
Assist DJ in cueing important events
Overseeing all vendors day of wedding
Partial Planning   $1,700
Whatever the circumstances, we are here to make your event special. This service will help create a wonderful and unique experience for you and your guests. This package is for the couple who has an idea of what they want but needs a little help bringing their vision to life. We strive to guarantee an unforgettable event.

Bi-weekly check-ins
Attendance to 3 vendor meetings of your choice
Confirm all vendors week of wedding

Full Planning   $2,400
Trust us to take care of all your event details. We will customize your wedding to fit your budget and specific wants and needs, so you don't have to worry about a thing. The Full Wedding Planning package is for the couple who wants a completely stress free experience. This package allows you to simply show up and enjoy your big day.

Monthly check-in meetings

Develop and maintain budget
Attend all vendor meetings
Custom wedding day timeline
Time management of all wedding party
Coordination of cards and gifts
Will serve as main contact for all vendors
Confirm all vendors location and time
Set up and break down of tables and chairs
1 hour rehearsal planning and coordinating
Create itinerary for bridal party and vendors
Create shot list for photographer

•More than 150 guests fee- $150
•Room flip $150
•If venue is 1+ hours away from Edmond travel fee may apply

•Bridal Shower Planning- Starting at $180
•Custom monthly planning checklist- $60
•Extra design meeting- $60/hour with 1 hour minimum
•Additional vendor meeting- $60/hour with 1 hour minimum
